About the Opry...
THE TEXASVILLE OPRY RETURNS in 2025! The March 8th show marks the 25th year of classic country music at the Royal Theater.
On April 2001, the Royal Theater Artistic Committee added The Texasville Opry, a live classic and traditional Country and Western venue to Archer City’s iconic theater schedule with a sold-out crowd. It has been a success ever since.
Throughout the years, the Opry has combined Classic Country with some occasional Contemporary Country, "Golden Oldies" Rock and Roll, as well as a mix of both Southern and Contemporary Gospel and Blues.
